How we are we processing your personal data
We require your personal data in order to process your registration for this conference. We require personal information for items such as communications and updates about the conference, dietary requirements and conference collateral.

Your data — limited to your names — may be shared with these third parties in order to process your registration and pre-conference tour. The third parties may include:

How long will we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be removed from our online registration database within two weeks after the Conference. The registration information of the delegates will be saved while a copy of the information will be forwarded to the INFO Network Conference for their future reference.
The right to inquire about your personal data
You retain the right to inquire about your personal data. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to inquire about the personal data which the JOC has on you.
The right to withdraw consent
You retain the right to withdraw consent to use your personal data at any time. However, please be informed that withdrawing consent before the start of this event will cause your registration to be cancelled and any cancellation fees levied as noted in your initial registration.

The right to forget or anonymise your personal details
You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymise your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial (excluding payment details such as credit card, etc.), tax or event attendee records for reporting reasons. However, we will remove all personal data from our database leaving an “anonymous” record for reporting reasons.
Terms and Conditions
Any cancellation from 29 August 2020 and up to 11 September 2020 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds from 12 September 2020 onwards.
Payment deadline and conditions
Full payment must be made on or before the stated deadline to benefit from early bird registration offer. Registration fees that are still outstanding two (2) weeks after the close of the early bird registration deadline will be automatically converted to standard registration.
Changes, Substitutions & Cancellations of Registration
Notifications of changes or cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference. Kindly note that all bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted before any refund is made.
Payment of registration fees can be made via by invoice. Upon completion of registration, delegates will receive an e-mail of registration confirmation within 24 hours, followed by an invoice sent via email within the next 48 hours (working days) from email@example.com.
